1. Returns

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt and an image of the product, which must be sent to our email ID or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [Two working days].
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at our email/contact link].

5. Shipping Returns

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Local Delivery: Within Chennai – Delivered in 1–3 business days.

Domestic Shipping: Within Tamil Nadu – Delivered in 2–4 business days, depending on location.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery
